Newel extends our heartfelt congratulations to all the designers who have contributed to the 49th Kips Bay Decorator Show House. This year’s show house features twenty-four talented designers who have transformed a Manhattan townhouse into a breathtaking display of cutting-edge interior design. With its doors open until May 28th, visitors still have the chance to explore the latest trends and groundbreaking concepts in the design world.
In addition to celebrating design excellence, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House serves a charitable cause. Proceeds from the event benefit the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of New York City’s youth through enriching programs and opportunities. By attending the show house, visitors are not only inspired by incredible designs but also contribute to a meaningful cause that supports the community.
At Newel, we are proud to have collaborated with three outstanding designers for this year’s show house: Alan Tanksley, Jeremiah Brent, and Aman and Meeks. Each designer has brought their unique vision to life, creating spaces that are both captivating and inspiring. Here’s a closer look at their exceptional rooms:
Jeremiah Brent
Jeremiah Brent Design presents a contemporary study inspired by Hathor, the ancient Egyptian goddess of beauty. The room combines modern furniture with subtle Egyptian details, creating a serene and elegant space. Soft textures and a calm color palette invite visitors to relax and immerse themselves in the tranquil atmosphere.
