My name is Jake Baer and I started working at Newel as a carpenter assistant when I was 19 years old. Fast forward 13 years later and I am now the CEO of Newel and Newel Props. Growing up at Newel is something I will always appreciate. Even when I was young, I used to feel like I was walking into a movie premiere every time I came into the gallery. Knowing that we were working with (and continue to work with) the most talented professionals in the design trade has always made me feel immense pride.
