Newel is a proud supporter of designer showhouses as many showhouses influence emerging interior design trends as well as benefit a worthy cause. The Brooklyn Heights Designer Showhouse is no exception as proceeds from the event support the Brooklyn Heights Association. The BHA pioneered New York City’s first historic district and today their advocacy continues to preserve the historic architecture of Brooklyn Heights.
For the second year, 15 top interior designers show off their skills at the highly anticipated 2019 Brooklyn Heights Designer showhouse located at 13 Pineapple Street in Brooklyn Heights. The 1830’s wood-framed home is a true architectural gem and is known to be one of the oldest homes surviving in Brooklyn Heights. The showhouse, co-chaired by Ellen Hamilton and Erika Belsey Worth, will run through November 3rd and tickets can be purchased here
Newel would like to congratulate this year’s honorary design chair Ellie Cullman, as well as the participating designers for all their hard work. Below are the stunning rooms designed by Jesse Parris Lamb, Murphy Waldron Interiors, and Harry Heissmann featuring Newel inventory.
